Stephen K. Wild

Chairman, Quantum Alliance (QA3) and all affiliated companies.  Stephen K. Wild is Chairman and founder of QA3, a financial services and professional education firm. The Company serves independent professional advisors from a wide range of practices, including 1,200 estate planning attorneys, 10,000 CPA's and 125 investment advisors. Mr. Wild also founded Securities America, Inc., instituting a revolutionary transition in 1989 to become a fee-based broker/dealer. The innovative move contributed to Securities America’s phenomenal growth to 1,200 representatives and over $10 billion in transactions handled in 1998. Securities America was sold to American Express in March of 1998. Prior to forming Securities America, Mr. Wild founded Financial Dynamics, Inc. in 1979. This Company was the nation's largest universal life insurance marketing company and paid for $10 billion of life insurance in the decade of the 1980's. Mr. Wild began his professional career as an investment banker with the Omaha, Nebraska investment banking firm of Kirkpatrick, Pettis, Smith, Polian. In 1994, he was a recipient of the University of Nebraska at Omaha Alumnus Achievement Award, the University's highest alumnus honor. Steve and his family (wife Cheryl, sons Deric and Drew) were named by Family Service as Omaha's Leadership Family of the Year for 1999.


Nancy Drennen

Nancy Drennen

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, QA3 Financial.  Nancy Drennen oversees Marketing and Branch Office Development initiatives for QA3 LLC and all affiliated Quantum Alliance companies. Ms. Drennen’s professional background spans over 20 years of serving various positions in marketing and management.

Her most recent position was President of The Alliance of Professional Associations (APA), an association management company overseeing the operations of five accounting industry niche associations. Prior to this, Ms. Drennen served as Director of Operations for one of QA3’s sister companies, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, an 800-member estate planning attorney organization. She has also served as assistant vice-president of a major insurance marketing firm.


Heather Jansen

Heather Jansen

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, QA3 Financial.  Heather Jansen oversees the strategic corporate initiatives for QA3 LLC. Ms. Jansen joined QA3 in November 2002 and has since been actively involved in QA3’s operations, finance, corporate planning team, business development team, and corporate management team.

Heather’s career in the financial industry spans over 20 years with a wide range of areas of responsibility including finance, business and strategic planning, management, recruiting and supervisory roles. Ms. Jansen’s well-rounded experience helps complement the leadership structure and vision of the Company. In addition, she has direct responsibility in assisting in implementation of overall corporate objectives.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.


 
Tom Zielinski

Tom Zielinski

Senior Vice President & Compliance Officer.  Tom began his career in the securities industry in 1983 and has previously held the position of Compliance Officer with both Ameritrade, Inc. and Securities America, Inc.  Most recently, he was VP and Risk Management Officer of Securities America before joining QA3 Financial Corp. in September 2004.  Today, as Compliance Officer, he is responsible for managing QA3's day-to-day compliance function.  Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with Majors in Accounting and Banking and Finance.


Greg Bolton

Greg Bolton, General Counsel, provides legal counsel for QA3, LLC and its operating subsidiaries. He directs and manages the legal department and staff, participates in business negotiations, supervises litigation and arbitration proceedings, and develops and implements policies and procedures in response to federal and state regulations. Greg joined QA3 in the fall of 2004. Previously, he worked in private practice specializing in civil litigation and corporate law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and his Juris Doctor degree from the Nebraska College of Law.
